  Ok don't understand how in the world you can refuse any veteran with a service animal that has their vest on witch... tells you what they are and you still refuse service to them service I'm not happy about that cause they fought for you and the country but I guess to some people it doesn't matter.....I'm so sorry for the person it was done to

  SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU. As a disabled Veteran myself with a service dog SHAME ON YOU. Your only response to the media is the famous "IT WASN'T ME" and my favorite...I'll apologize if he wants? WHAT IN GODS NAME IS WRONG WITH YOU, OR ARE YOU JUST STUPID??? Not only are your actions DISGUSTING and DEPLORABLE they are ILLEGAL!!! If you don't happen to like US laws, I suggest you crawl back to whatever rock/country you came from. Since I live in the area I promise you to not only bring this incident to national news coverage, buy to beg EVERYONE to boycott doing business there. We may even form a protest outside for all to see. Since you're completely ignorant of the laws of the country you live in, PROTESTS ARE IN FACT LEGAL!!! You'll apologize if he wants one...you should be on your knees thanking him then immediately apologize, on TV, to EVERY VETERAN IN AMERICA!!! You're actions are absolutely and totally pathetic!!!
