A few employees are not knowledgeable of products and locations of the store. They need better training or a go-to person for help so that the customers' questions can be answered. Overall, Walmart has a wide variety of goods and services. The staff is friendly but not efficient. The pharmacy staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their area.
